    Flushing is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. on the following evenings:  April 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, May 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th , 8th, 9th, 16th.  Nightly flushing is normally completed by 6 a.m. the following morning.  Flushing will be completed during the day on May 8th and 9th.
