July 2025 Billing Issue

Published On: July 2, 2025Categories: News115 words0.6 min read

The HMUA is aware of a billing issue resulting in incorrect or missing “Penalty” credits/charges for the July 2025 Billing Cycle. We are working with our billing software provider to troubleshoot the problem and will provide updates as the issue is corrected.

We anticipate this being resolved by next week. We respectfully request that any questions be held until the week of July 7th to allow us to work with our billing partner to correct the issue. If you receive e-bills, any changes to the “Total Due” will take effect automatically. If you received a paper bill and believe that you were charged incorrectly, please reach out to our office the week of July 7th.
