Please do not flush "flushable" wipes, paper towels and sanitizing (baby, Clorox/Lysol) wipes. If flushed, they will usually not clog the toilet, but these wipes often cause problems for sewer operations downstream.
In accordance with Executive Order No. 107 signed by NJ Governor Murphy and to promote the necessary social distancing to avoid the spread of COVID-19, the Regular Meeting of the HMUA will be held by teleconference at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2020. Due to concerns regarding the potential spread of COVID-19, our lobby is closed until further notice. To minimize exposure risks, the HMUA is currently only accepting water & sewer payments via mail and through the slot in the front door.
